- Saratov Oblast at 03:00
- Vologda Oblast at 01:50
- the Caspian Sea area at 04:00
Ukraine's Air Force warned that cruise missiles could be deployed, urging citizens to take air raid alerts seriously. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also stated that Russia is preparing for another large-scale bombardment.
