In the Sumy direction, the occupation forces are preparing for a possible offensive, claims DPCU spokesperson Andriy Demchenko. According to him, the enemy has enough human and technical resources to attack Ukrainian territory. There is also an increase in the activity of sabotage groups in Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
Regarding the border with Belarus, Demchenko noted that the situation there is currently stable, but may worsen in autumn due to the joint exercises 'West-2025' of Belarus and Russia. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky previously informed about the concentration of Russian troops in the Sumy region and emphasized the inadmissibility of losing Yunakivka.
