Attacks on Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: March 16 Update
According to Novyny.live: On March 16, Russian troops targeted two districts in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region, leaving at least one person wounded. According to Oleksandr Ganzha, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, the enemy carried out more than ten strikes using artillery and drones. The assaults focused on the city of Nikopol, as well as the Marhanets and Pokrovsk communities, where a 71-year-old woman sustained injuries.
Strikes in Synelnykove District and Zaporizhzhia
In the Synelnykove district, Russian forces also attacked the Vasylkivka and Petropavlivka communities. These bombardments ignited fires in private homes and farm buildings. Ganzha emphasized:

Additionally, on March 16, Russia struck the city of Zaporizhzhia, cutting power to over 7,000 customers. Just a day earlier, on March 15, enemy fire damaged residential buildings in Dnipro, injuring one local resident. The latest shelling in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast underscores an escalation in Russian military aggression, directly endangering the civilian population and risking further humanitarian crises.
