Russians attacked civilians with a white flag in Kharkiv region: details.
According to inkorr.com: In the village of Kruhlyakivka in the Kharkiv region, Russian troops launched an attack on peaceful residents using a drone. This was reported by the 77th separate airborne Dnipro brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Details of the Attack
The attack occurred on November 3, 2025, when local residents carrying a white flag came under fire. As a result of the attack, two civilians and their dog were killed, although there were no military facilities nearby.
According to military officials, the occupiers filmed this attack to use it for propaganda purposes and to accuse the Armed Forces of Ukraine of war crimes. This incident is yet another example of their lack of honor and morality.
War Crimes and Evidence
Previously, Ukrainian soldiers intercepted radio communications in which the enemy discussed plans to kill a civilian. The Security Service of Ukraine also presented new evidence of war crimes committed by Russian officials at the beginning of the conflict.
One of the Russian soldiers, Mykola Kartashev, is accused of murdering a civilian at the beginning of the invasion, which became the basis for his trial in Irpin City Court.
These events once again confirm that Russian military continues to commit war crimes and violate international norms. The increasing number of testimonies and evidence points to serious violations of the rights of the civilian population during the conflict, requiring proper response from the international community.
