According to UATV: Russian forces have launched attacks on Kyiv and Odesa, resulting in five civilian deaths and four injuries. On January 28, 2023, a strike in Kyiv killed two people. Four others were wounded, including two children, the younger of whom is just four years old. In Odesa, the situation remains tense as the city faces a sustained assault by attack drones. Strikes have been confirmed on an Orthodox monastery and a residential building.
The previous day, on January 27, an attack in Odesa killed three people and injured 35 others, including children and a pregnant woman. This information was reported by Oleg Kiper, head of the regional military administration.
