Vyacheslav Chaus, head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, confirmed that summer homes were among the primary targets.

An attack on the town of Snovsk resulted in two civilian casualties. The situation remains tense, with local residents continuing to suffer the consequences of ongoing hostilities.
These attacks highlight the relentless nature of the conflict in Ukraine, which continues to cause severe human suffering and material destruction.
