The head of the city's defense council, Oleksandr Wilkul, confirmed this information.

"An infrastructure facility was hit. Temporarily without casualties," — reported Oleksandr Wilkul.

Earlier, the military informed that the occupiers had begun equipping their "Shahed" drones with a man-portable air defense system (MANPADS). Later it became known that the occupiers had equipped the "Shaheds" with the latest MANPADS "Werba".
