According to inkorr.com: At night, Russian occupiers attacked a residential house in the village of Chernechchyna in the Krasnopillia community of the Sumy region using a strike drone. This led to the death of a family. The information was confirmed by the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, Ihor Kalenchenko.

“This house was home to a couple with two small children. Unfortunately, no one was able to escape,” said Ihor Kalenchenko.

Rescue workers managed to recover the bodies of four deceased individuals: the parents and their two sons, aged 6 and 4.

Ihor Kalenchenko expressed his condolences, stating: “This is a terrible and irreparable loss for the entire community and region. The death of this family in Chernechchyna is a tragedy we will never forget and never forgive.”

Another attack on civilians

On September 27, Russian terrorists attacked a civilian vehicle in the village of Znob-Novhorodske in the Sumy district. The head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, Oleg Hryhorov, reported this.

According to the Regional State Administration, a Russian drone destroyed the windshield of the vehicle. As a result of the attack, a 59-year-old man was killed.

Another man was injured and hospitalized for medical assistance.

It should be noted that on the night of September 22, Russian occupiers also attacked the Sumy region. Local authorities reported on the consequences of this event.

Oleg Hryhorov, the head of the Sumy Regional State Administration, noted that the attack occurred in the Kovalivskyi district of the city. Currently, an inspection of the incident site is underway, all emergency services have been summoned, and the consequences of the attack are being determined.

As a result of the drone attack in the village of Sumy region, a peaceful family was killed. Such attacks on civilians are becoming more frequent, leaving behind tragic consequences. In Ukraine, the most vulnerable are innocent people who find themselves defenseless against terrorist attacks.
