According to UATV: A Russian airstrike on the city of Sloviansk in the Donetsk region on March 10 resulted in four fatalities and twenty injuries, including a 14-year-old girl. Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, provided the latest casualty figures, confirming the attack involved at least three guided aerial bombs. This eastern Ukrainian city has been a frequent target since the full-scale invasion began.

Vadym Filashkin detailed the extensive damage caused by the bombardment, which included:

- an administrative building,
- 20 automobiles.
