In the village of Sofiivska Borshchahivka in the Bucha district of Kyiv region, a shooting occurred, resulting in several fatalities. This was reported by the police of Kyiv region.
According to law enforcement, at 15:22 a report was received that a man opened fire on citizens. Currently, all emergency services are working at the scene.
According to local media, the shooter has already surrendered to law enforcement. Preliminary information suggests he used automatic weapons, although he is not a serviceman.
Witnesses claim that the shooter is an auto locksmith named Viktor, aged 50-60 years. Unofficial information suggests that the man opened fire on his neighbors, suspecting them of poisoning his dogs. The police are investigating all circumstances of the incident, but the exact number of dead and wounded has not yet been established.
