Russian fitness trainer died after deciding to take part in a special challenge - gaining 55 pounds by eating unhealthy food and then losing the weight. Dmitry Nyuyanzin, a well-known trainer and influencer from Orenburg, consumed unhealthy dishes over several weekends as part of the 'marathon'.According to The Sun: The 30-year-old man reportedly consumed up to 10,000 calories a day to reach his goals. This experimental diet was part of his strategy to demonstrate the results of a weight loss program, but unfortunately, it led to tragic consequences.
Dmitry said: 'I do this to show that a person can succeed in their fight against excess weight if they use the right methods.'
The tragedy highlights the potential risks associated with extreme dietary experiments and excessive consumption of junk food. This case has become a lesson for many who seek quick solutions in the struggle for a healthy body, as experiments are not always safe.
