Madar’s SBS Reports 100,000 Enemy Casualties in One Year: Insights from the Hulyaipole Front.
Unit Training on the Hulyaipole Axis
According to Espreso.tv: At a training ground, three units actively engaged in combat operations against Ukraine on the Hulyaipole front conducted drills. These exercises involved:
- The 414th Separate Special Purpose Brigade 'Madar’s Birds'
- The 1st Operational Center of the SBS
- The 413th Separate SBS Unit 'Raid'
- The 412th Separate SBS Brigade 'Nemesis'
Robert 'Madar' Brovdi serves as the commander of the SBS.
Among the units suffering losses, the 40th Marine Brigade from Kamchatka, which stormed Vuhledar, stands out. The enemy forces also include:
- The 1461st Regiment of the 36th Army, a Buryat territorial unit
- The 1466th Regiment of the 5th Army, composed of new recruits from Primorsky Krai
In 2023, an incident occurred in the 1466th Regiment where a company commander shot the reconnaissance chief and then took his own life.
Casualties and Combat Outcomes
In June, the SBS confirmed 100,000 enemy losses over a one-year operational period. Throughout the year, they destroyed or struck 350,000 verified targets. Additionally, in June, the SBS hit five enemy vessels. These figures highlight the intensity and effectiveness of combat operations in this sector.
The training of units involved in hostilities on the Hulyaipole axis underscores the preparation and reinforcement of Russian military presence. Given the significant casualties these units have sustained, along with internal incidents, this suggests mounting pressure on military commanders and a deteriorating morale situation. The confirmed losses and target strikes also indicate active resistance by Ukrainian forces in the region, which could shape the future trajectory of the conflict.
