According to UATV: On July 27, 2023, Ukraine's military launched an attack on an oil export terminal in the Rostov Oblast of Russia, located roughly 250 kilometers from the frontline. This operation highlights Kyiv's ability to hit assets deep within enemy territory.

Zelenskyy expressed gratitude to the troops: 'I thank our warriors in the Defense Forces of Ukraine for their precise work in what was recently considered deep Russian rear territory.'
