Ukraine wants to include Trump in negotiations with Putin
Ukraine is actively preparing for a meeting between President Zelensky and the Russian dictator Putin. However, Kyiv insists on the participation of US President Trump in the negotiations. This statement was made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine during communication with media representatives.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine noted that the Ukrainian side expects specific proposals from Russia regarding an unconditional ceasefire. He also reminded of the previous agreements reached during the negotiations in Turkey.
'For the continuation of the meeting that took place in Turkey, there can be no conditions, as a clear agreement was reached there, if we set aside all the pseudo-historical lectures that were voiced by the Russian delegation. Namely - the first exchange of prisoners of war, and today it has begun,' - summarized the head of the Ukrainian MFA.
The prepared meeting shows that Ukraine is striving for peace and stability in the region, actively involving key international partners in this process.
