Silpo in Odesa surprised with the price of cucumbers (video).
In the 'Silpo' supermarket in Odesa, the price for 'Gordiy Extra' cucumbers was 399 UAH per kilogram. This is the second week in a row that cucumber prices in Ukraine are rising.

Greenhouse cucumbers now cost between 90 and 130 UAH per kilogram, which is 13% more expensive than the previous week. The reason is the rising cost of Turkish cucumbers and supply issues.
'Today, Ukrainian importers manage to sell cucumbers on average 10% more expensive than in the same period last year,' - analysts
The 'Silpo' chain in Kyiv also recorded a record high price for cucumbers - 449 UAH per kilogram. Vegetable prices in Ukrainian supermarkets continue to rise, but such prices still surprise buyers.
