How many Russians are participating in combat operations against Ukraine? Intelligence Data.
According to the Deputy Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Major-General Vadym Skibitskyi, it is estimated that the enemy's ground army fighting against Ukraine numbers over 580,000 personnel. This figure includes soldiers stationed in the Kursk region.
Major-General Skibitskyi also noted that there are groups of Russian National Guard troops in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, which amount to over 35,000 personnel.
According to the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Anatolii Burhilievych, the Russian army outnumbers the Ukrainian one by 4 to 8 times. However, over the past month, the number of soldiers participating in assaults has decreased.
It is worth noting that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are successfully fighting near Vuhledar, which is leading to the advancement of Russian occupiers to the northwest of Kremina, to the southeast of Chasiv Yar, in Toretsk, to the southeast of Kurakhove, in the Kursk region, and possibly to the northeast of Velyka Novosilka.
According to Deep State, Russian forces have managed to capture the settlement of Dalsn'ye in Donetsk region.
