Google Maps has published a list of the most popular places in Turkey, museums, and cities as part of its 20th anniversary. The research conducted by Google Maps included an analysis of ancient cities, museums, and parks around the world. Among them were objects in Turkey. 20 of the most researched cultural sites and 20 museums in 15 of the country's most popular cities were presented.
The most popular cities in Turkey included Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, and Antalya. Here is the list of the most popular places:
