According to the American publication USA Today, the Pentagon admitted its inability to defend itself against such attacks.
A high-ranking U.S. military official stated: 'We haven't even come close to solving this problem. No one has.'
Measures for Protection Against Drones
In light of the urgency of this matter, the Pentagon has begun directing significant funds towards developing counter-drone measures, such as electronic jammers, small missiles, handheld weapons, and others.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized: 'Only Ukrainian weapons were used during the operation.'
Despite the measures taken, the issue of protection against drones remains relevant. The necessity for significant spending on protection against these attacks is already being discussed.
