The USA to Resume Supply of Long-Range GLSDB Bombs to Ukraine.

According to Reuters, the United States is preparing to supply Ukraine with upgraded ground-based GLSDB bombs after their modification, which made them more resistant to Russian electronic warfare systems. According to sources, deliveries are expected soon and the ammunition is already located in Europe.
Previously, upgraded GLSDB bombs were tested and proved successful. They have enhanced protection and reinforced internal connections that ensure their resistance to Russian EW systems.
GLSDB is a response to Ukraine's need for weapons with greater range than GMLRS missiles. The ammunition consists of a GBU-39 glide bomb and an M26 rocket motor, making it effective and relatively inexpensive.
Ukraine has previously used GLSDB bombs, but their effectiveness was hampered by Russian EW systems. Now they are returning to the battlefield with improved protection and greater efficiency.
The procurement of GLSDB bombs occurred thanks to American aid, which included the purchase of new weapons and military equipment for Ukraine. A shipment of weapons is already in Europe ready for delivery.
Thus, the United States continues to support Ukraine in its defense efforts against Russia by providing necessary weapons and equipment.
