It became known how many applications have been submitted to the 'Ukrainian Legion' in Poland.
The Ukrainian Legion, which is being created on the territory of Poland, has already registered over a thousand applications for membership. This was stated by the Ambassador of Ukraine to Poland, Vasyl Bodnar. The first recruitment of military contracts and the formation of the first unit took place in November, and the next is planned for January 10. The number of applications remains confidential and is being reviewed by a special commission of the Ministry of Defense.
Participants of the legion receive serious conditions for military training and education at specialized training grounds. After that, they join military units on the territory of Ukraine. Previously, the volunteers of the legion took an oath and began training in Poland. Applications to join the legion have also been received from various countries, including the Czech Republic.
