Paying Fines Through the 'Reserve+' App

According to Novyny.live: Individuals liable for military service can now settle fines for registration violations—amounting to as much as 34,000 hryvnias—directly through the 'Reserve+' mobile application. This tool provides a streamlined method for managing financial obligations tied to military records, reducing the need for in-person visits to administrative offices.

The 'Reserve+' app covers fines for seven distinct types of military registration infractions. These include:

  • failure to report upon receiving a summons,
  • failing to update personal data,
  • refusing to undergo a military medical commission,
  • and other related offenses.

Penalties vary depending on the timing of payment: those who pay promptly can reduce the fine to 8,500 hryvnias—half of the standard 17,000 hryvnia penalty. However, if payment is delayed, the fine can double to 34,000 hryvnias.

Payment Process and Corporate Responsibilities

Processing a fine through the app takes approximately four days. Additionally, by June 20, businesses must submit information about their vehicles to territorial recruitment centers (TCCs). Failing to do so can result in a fine of roughly 60,000 hryvnias. Meeting these deadlines is crucial for staying compliant with military registration requirements.

Introducing the ability to pay fines via the 'Reserve+' mobile app could greatly simplify the process for those subject to military service, cutting down on bureaucratic hurdles and making it easier to fulfill their obligations.

Furthermore, timely payment of fines and submission of vehicle data are essential for maintaining order within the military registration system, which in turn supports the overall effectiveness of the country's defense framework.
