Lviv Court Confiscated Dogs That Killed 19 Chickens: Details of the Decision.
In the village of Chishky, Pustomytiv district of Lviv region, the dog's owner was fined because her four-legged pets engaged in hostile activity during the day: they killed 19 chickens and injured four more. In other words, the dogs' owner did not receive a fine for no reason.
This information was reported by Lviv media.
Fined and Confiscated
The owner of the animals acknowledged her guilt, and the court decided to punish her with a fine of 1700 UAH for violating dog keeping rules. In addition, the court decided to confiscate both breedless dogs from the owner.
The printed decision can be appealed within 10 days.
It should be noted that there have been previous cases of animal confiscation in Lviv region due to their dangerous behavior, for example, in the Stryi district, it happened twice even: once due to an attack on a child.
