The court decided to impose a preventive measure on the head of the Kyiv City State Administration and the former director of the municipal enterprise 'ATP KMDA'. The prosecution plans to appeal this decision. This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv city prosecutor's office on Saturday, August 16.
The Pechersk district court of Kyiv appointed a preventive measure for the officials. After reviewing the case materials and the evidence provided by the prosecution, the court considers the suspicion to be justified and appointed a night house arrest for the suspects.
The court also imposed procedural obligations on both suspects, prohibiting them from leaving the territory of Kyiv and the region without permission, informing about a change of residence, refraining from contact with other suspects and witnesses in the case, and submitting documents for traveling abroad.
