TV presenter caught in scandal for off-roading in the mountains.

TV presenter of the program 'The World Inside Out' Dmytro Komarov received criticism after an episode where he drove an off-roader in the Carpathians. However, Komarov explained that the Carpathians are not only a reserve, but also real life, where it is impossible to do without vehicles. He wrote about this in his post on Facebook.
The Carpathians are not only a reserve but also a home for the residents
Komarov reminded that the law explicitly prohibits the movement of mechanical transport in national parks and reserves. He supported such a ban but emphasized that it is important to distinguish between illegal off-roading and driving on ordinary mountain roads that local residents use. Komarov noted that vehicles in the mountains are not entertainment but a necessity for life.
The real harm to the Carpathians is not caused by residents who drive for bread but by illegal logging, pollution of rivers, and landfills
Komarov also noted that his team was preparing for filming and used roads on which local residents typically travel and where vehicle movement is permitted.
Earlier, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, the former deputy head of the President's Office, was embroiled in a scandal for using an SUV as a service vehicle. This is not the first incident involving him and cars. For example, it is known that he bought a luxury BMW X5 for 2 million UAH.
