In western Ukraine, temperatures will be cooler, ranging from +2 to +7 °C. The Carpathian region will be even colder, with readings between 0 and +5 °C. Wind speeds will reach 5–10 meters per second. In the capital city of Kyiv, the mercury will settle at +12…+14 °C.
