Urgent questions of mobilization and activities of the TCC: where Ukrainians should call.

Specialists of the hotline for issues of mobilization and accounting for conscripts, as well as the Call Center of the Command of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, processed 258 citizen appeals during the week from October 28 to November 3, 2024.

According to the official Telegram channel of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, most inquiries were resolved directly during the phone conversation. At the same time, 130 inquiries did not pertain to the work of territorial centers for recruitment and social support, 2 inquiries were redirected to the National Police, and 7 required additional processing.

Assistance to citizens during mobilization

The military reminds that citizens can receive consultations about their rights and duties during mobilization through the toll-free number 0800301937. The Call Center of the Command of the Land Forces (0800500410) also operates to help resolve issues regarding military service, training, and provision.
