New port on the island of Lefkada
According to The Sun: A small but beautiful town on the island of Lefkada in Greece has opened a new port worth 3.5 million euros. The new marina in Nidri aims to attract more tourists, visitors, and yacht owners to this area.
The marina, which started operations in April, has 73 docks. It is designed to meet the needs of not only Ukrainian but also international sailors, as well as provide a comfortable stay for all guests. With the new opportunities that the port offers, the town hopes to increase tourist flow in the coming years.
“The opening of the new marina is a significant step for the development of our region and improvement of the infrastructure,” local organizers noted.
The port's facilities meet all European standards, making it an attractive place for yachting trips in the Ionian Sea.
