A new, nine-day night train is soon starting in Thailand that looks like a real boutique hotel. This train, named Blue Jasmine, was built in the 1960s in Japan for transporting passengers in a state of sleep. But now it will be sent on an exciting journey through Thailand. Passengers on this train will be able to choose between classic and premium cabins, as well as a luxury option. The rooms are equipped with private balconies, en-suite bathrooms, and even access to the panoramic lounge for cocktails. On board, there will also be a variety of activities, from pottery to silk production. Stefan Bruns, General Manager of DTH Travel in Thailand, emphasized that this train offers premium services but does not aim to compete with the most luxurious trains in the world. The first journey of Blue Jasmine will take place in November, and the cost of such journeys starts from £11,159 for two people.
