The 23-year-old woman gained popularity on social media and started a pop music career under the name Flor Izaguirre.
Situation Surrounding the Disappearance
Her disappearance occurred against the backdrop of tragic news about another Mexican influencer who was found dead, wrapped in plastic, on August 22.
Esmeralda Ferrer Garibay, 32, was likely a victim of a murder ordered by a drug cartel; her body was discovered in a gray Ford Ranger pickup.
Media reports state that 'she could have become a victim of a crime,' and the Michoacán Attorney General's Office removed the 'Alba Alert' for the content creator.
