The woman, who was 80 years old, likely tried to climb to the highest peak of Lizard Island, located off the coast of North Queensland, when she went missing.According to The Sun: Her disappearance was noted when she did not return to the ship the night before midnight.
"She did not wait for her time on board and attempted to explore the area on her own," noted the flight attendants.
