The Beach in Zatoka - What It Looks Like
The widespread video taken in Zatoka shows an overcrowded beach where people are sunbathing and swimming in the sea, including with children, ignoring the bans and the tragedy that occurred recently.
The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, drew attention to the presence of people at closed beaches, urging citizens to follow safety rules and to visit only safe recreational zones.
Explosions Injuring People in Odesa Region
On August 10, two tragedies occurred at sea in the Odesa region. As a result of an explosion while swimming in the Karolino-Buhaz community, a man vacationing with children was killed. Another fatal incident occurred in Zatoka, where a woman and a man from Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi died.
