Trump allegedly expressed solidarity with Putin after drone attacks: what is known.

According to ТСН: Assistant to the President of Russia Yuri Ushakov reported that during recent negotiations, U.S. President Donald Trump allegedly supported Vladimir Putin over the attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Russian facilities.

According to Ushakov, Trump also discussed the results of the meeting with the Ukrainian leader.

“Trump and his advisors informed Putin about the outcomes of the negotiations with Zelensky,”

the press notes. The Kremlin particularly emphasizes Trump’s reaction, pointing to his outrage over Kiev's actions.

“The U.S. President was shocked and outraged by the Armed Forces of Ukraine's attempt to attack the Russian leader’s official residence,”

Ushakov underscored. Following these statements, Putin issued ultimatums, trying to justify further aggression. He promised a 'response,' using terms characteristic of Russia.

“Putin told Trump that the terrorist actions of Kiev in attacking the official residence would not go unanswered,”

Ushakov emphasized. He also reported that Russia is ready for further escalation and changes in its approaches.

“Putin clearly told Trump that Russia’s position would be reconsidered in light of Kiev’s use of state terrorism,”

Ushakov added. He noted that Trump allegedly remarked that the drone attack on Putin’s residence would impact 'American approaches in working with Zelensky.'

“The drone attack on Putin’s official residence happened 'virtually immediately after' the U.S. and Ukrainian negotiations in Mar-a-Lago,”

Ushakov stated. He also pointed out that this attack allegedly involved long-range drones. According to him, Trump said that the U.S. administration, 'thank God, did not give “Tomahawks” to Kiev.'

It is worth noting that the Russian side claimed a drone attack on President Putin's residence in the Novgorod region. In response, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called these statements lies, emphasizing that they create a threat of new attacks on the capital and urged the U.S. and Europe to respond to these threats.
