“The situation is critical, and we are working to restore normal functioning”
The cancellation of flights and rescheduling of vacations are a result of the emergency situation created by the hurricane. The authorities in Jamaica and rescue services have already started recovery operations, despite the serious challenges they face. It is expected that the situation will improve over time, but for now, residents and tourists are feeling the effects of the disaster.
