Formation of the Anti-Ballistic Coalition

According to Espreso.tv: On July 13 in Paris, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk unveiled the creation of the Anti-Ballistic Coalition, a partnership of companies dedicated to producing missile defense systems for Ukraine. A formal declaration was signed to establish the coalition. Notably, Poland has stated it will not supply additional Patriot missile batteries.

Coalition Members and Support for Ukraine

The coalition comprises ten nations, including:

  • Ukraine
  • Denmark
  • France
  • Germany
  • Italy
  • Netherlands
  • Norway
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • United Kingdom

France has already granted Ukraine a license to manufacture Aster missiles for the SAMP/T system. Additionally, Paris has pledged Rafale fighter jets, radars, and missiles to Kyiv.

The United Kingdom will also contribute to Ukraine’s defense, helping the European Union finance a €90 billion loan for military and budgetary needs.

Donald Tusk: 'If Polish companies present a viable industrial proposal, we will join this coalition.'

He added that 'the coalition of the willing must strengthen these efforts to provide real security guarantees for Ukraine.' The newly formed coalition aims to equip Ukraine with the resources needed to address modern security challenges.

The establishment of the Anti-Ballistic Coalition marks a critical step in enhancing Ukraine’s defensive capabilities, especially amid ongoing aggression. By pooling resources, these countries not only advance the production of cutting-edge air defense systems but also deepen military cooperation among themselves. This initiative sends a strong signal to the international community about the importance of supporting Ukraine’s fight for security and sovereignty.
