In Cherkasy, a man attempted to blow up military personnel at the TCC
On Tuesday, August 5, in Cherkasy, during a document check, a man attempted to take TCC employees hostage. In addition, he threatened to blow up several grenades.
According to 'Suspilne', on Tuesday morning in Cherkasy, a man under the bridge on Chemical Boulevard threatened to blow up several grenades. The conflict arose due to a document check being conducted by representatives of the district TCC and SP.
The man was detained around 10:20, but negotiations were already underway with him at 9:50. Police were on the scene, continuing investigative actions and communicating with the offender. Witnesses reported that the man also had a gun.
Representatives of the Recruitment and Social Support Center reported that the man was stopped in the morning for a check of his registration data, during which he began to threaten with an explosion and attempted to take military personnel of the TCC hostage.
Recently, there was an attack on employees of the territorial recruitment center in the Mykolaiv region, and in Kharkiv region, a resident attacked police officers during the delivery of another man to the TCC.
On Tuesday in Cherkasy, a man attempted to blow up TCC employees with grenades, threatening them with hostage-taking. Meanwhile, the police promptly detained the offender and are conducting appropriate investigative procedures. Similar incidents have already occurred in other regions of the country, indicating a deterioration of the security and law and order situation in some areas of Ukraine.
