He reported that another victim died from the strike of Russian forces in Chernivtsi on July 12. He was a 74-year-old man from Snyatyn, Ivano-Frankivsk region. He was hospitalized and later died on July 16.

'Our doctors tried for almost five days to save his life. However, due to severe injuries from shrapnel, this proved impossible'
