In Chernivtsi, the number of fatalities from the Russian shelling on July 12 has risen to five people. The head of the Chernivtsi Regional Military Administration, Ruslan Zaparanyuk, reported this on Telegram on Sunday, August 10.

According to Zaparanyuk, today in the hospital, Yaroslava Klypych from Snyatyn, who was injured along with her husband Vasyl Klypych, who also died from the Russian shelling on July 16, passed away.
Doctors found that the injuries sustained during the shelling were too severe for rescue.
'Eternal and bright memory to Mrs. Yaroslava and all the victims of the Moscow junta's terror against the civilian population. My heartfelt condolences to the relatives and loved ones.'
We remind you that on July 12, Russian occupiers carried out massive shelling across Ukraine, including Chernivtsi. As a result of these attacks, 43-year-old employee of the Snyatyn City Council in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, Svyatoslav Lazarenko, and 26-year-old head of a local pharmacy, Diana Kravchenko, were killed.
