A new complaint feature for lack of connection or internet has been launched in 'Diya'.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has introduced a new way to collect data about problems with mobile communication and the internet. Users have the opportunity to easily report technical failures using the 'Diya' mobile application.
Thanks to this new feature, citizens will be able to provide detailed information about telecommunications issues. They will be able to specify geographic coordinates and describe the nature of the problem, such as lack of internet, issues with calls, or complete loss of connection.
How to report a problem in Diya:
- Open the 'Diya' application and click 'No connection';
- Give permission to use geolocation;
- Select whether the problem occurs only during power outages;
- Choose the operator;
- Specify what exactly is not working: internet, calls, or both;
- Indicate where there is no connection: indoors or outdoors.
This new mechanism will allow for a quick response to connectivity issues and ensure fast restoration of communication. The collected information will be forwarded to the National Commission for Communications Regulation for analysis and coordination with mobile operators.
An important feature of this new function is the ability to save a message about the problem even in the absence of the internet and its automatic sending after the connection is restored.
Additionally, a convenient feature for drivers has been launched in 'Diya'.
