Diia to Launch Drone Operator Recruitment.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation announced the launch of recruitment for drone operator units in the "Diia" app. To join through the app, one does not need to go to a territorial recruitment center or pass a military medical commission. This was reported by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov in an interview with "Suspilne".
According to Fedorov, recruitment through "Diia" ensures that a conscript can join the specific drone strike unit they choose, which, according to his data, numbers around 200.
"We can quickly allow joining a unit with a few clicks to where a person wants. And importantly, they already come to the military training base with a signed contract, eliminating the possibility that this person could be sent to any other unit," he says.
Recruitment to Start Functioning within a Few Weeks
Recall that in October this year, the recruitment service will become available in the Ministry of Defense's "Reserve+" app. With this update, current vacancies in the Armed Forces of Ukraine units will appear, allowing app users to quickly find their future service location.
As of October 14, nearly 21,000 citizens had contacted Ukrainian army centers. During the past week - 804 people. It is noted that out of all 20,954 inquiries, 5,230 individuals have already become candidates for the Defense Forces. Most requests came for positions of drivers, staff workers, and UAV operators.
As reported earlier, a military registration document from the Register of Conscripts, Conscripts, and Reservists can be obtained on the "Diia" portal.
