New services for entrepreneurs will appear on 'Diia'.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation reports that the 'Diia' portal will offer a whole cycle of procedures for issuing permit documents for businesses. The main news is the launch of the ePermit project, which involves the introduction of a Unified State Electronic System of permit documents.
Previously, entrepreneurs had to go to the relevant institution to obtain a license, which took a lot of Time and potentially introduced corruption risks. Thanks to 'Diia,' the process becomes much simpler and safer.
The Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov says that entrepreneurs will be able to conveniently submit documents, track their processing, pay for administrative services, and complain about the actions of licensing authorities. ePermit will allow actions such as submitting an application for obtaining, restoring, suspending, or canceling licenses, expanding or narrowing business activities, and informing about changes in documents and information that have been attached to the application.
The system will automatically check documents using a special algorithm. If the risk level is low, registration will occur automatically, and if a risk is found, a government representative will review the application within 10 days.
From the launch of the system, declarations in the field of labor protection will be available, and from September, entrepreneurs will be able to obtain a license for veterinary activities. The list of services will gradually expand, and the ePermit functionality will become part of the comprehensive e-Entrepreneur service.
It should be noted that the 'Diia' portal has already developed and launched the e-Entrepreneur service, which facilitates the opening of one's own business and provides additional services for entrepreneurs. The portal has also introduced a service for closing sole proprietorships, allowing individual entrepreneurs to close their business in a few clicks.
