New services to be added to “Diia”.

In the "Diia" app, additional functions such as displaying a gun permit, online marriage, and electronic booking will soon be available. This was reported by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

Displaying a gun permit

The Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Ministry of Internal Affairs are working on displaying information about registered firearms and permits for them in the "Diia" app, as well as enabling the ability to order an extract from the Unified Register of Weapons in a few clicks, the minister explained.

Online marriage

According to Fedorov, the world's first service that allows you to get married in the "Diia" app in a few clicks is being tested. Beta testers of the service are registering official marriages remotely and evaluating the innovation. Five couples have already married. Soon the service will be available for all Ukrainians.

Electronic booking

The Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Defense are working on this service. Digitalization of booking should eliminate the human factor and speed up the process from several weeks to an hour. Soon the service will be available on the "Diia" portal for the first category of enterprises - critically important and those that meet the needs of the Defense Forces.

"Diia.Signature" for legal entities

"Diia.Signature" for individuals is a tool that should simplify interactions with officials. Soon it will also be available for legal entities. This can significantly speed up business operations, simplify processes, and make entrepreneurs' actions more transparent. The government has already adopted the relevant resolution, and the Ministry of Digital Transformation team is working on developing the functionality.

Certificates of birth, marriage, divorce, change of personal data

Soon "Diia" will automatically pull in children's birth certificates. Later, it will also include your marriage, divorce, and name change certificates. They will be needed when applying for a job, confirming a surname change, or applying for benefits.

It is worth noting that the full cycle of permit document issuance procedures for businesses will be available on the "Diia" portal.

Moreover, "Diia" has launched a new service e-Entrepreneur. It combines 10 others and simplifies starting your own business. Future entrepreneurs can use the service, and those who already have a business can obtain additional services, such as Extracts, declarations, and service results in "Diia"

As reported, a service for closing sole proprietorships has been implemented on the "Diia" portal. Sole proprietors will be able to do this in a few clicks.
