In Dnipro, police arrested a 46-year-old man suspected of murdering his 72-year-old father. The horrific events occurred in their home on Pristan Street. During a quarrel, the son struck his father multiple times, leading to his death.
The investigation has raised suspicion against the man under Part 2 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – for intentional murder, for which he may face up to 10 years in prison.
Police detained the criminal under the instruction of Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The investigation is ongoing to consider all the details of this tragedy.
Additionally, the State Bureau of Investigations has notified a soldier from Dnipro of suspicion for unjustifiably adding at least 17 individuals to the list of those unfit for military service. The case is shocking, but no less serious.
