In Kharkiv's Saltivskyi district, an explosion of a Russian guided aerial bomb occurred, which hit a residential building. This was reported by the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synehubov.
According to him, the explosion occurred on the fourth floor of the building, where people are currently trapped under the rubble. Rescuers and other services are working at the site.
The mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov, also confirmed this information and added that there are casualties as a result of the explosion.
According to Suspilne journalists, part of the city was left without electricity after the explosion.
