According to Novyny.live: Russian forces are systematically targeting gas stations across Kharkiv. Over the past two to three weeks, six fueling stations have been damaged in the city. Between April 27 and May 3 alone, the Russian Federation carried out 15 strikes against 11 separate gas stations, signaling a clear escalation in attacks on this type of infrastructure.

On June 26, Russian drones hit two more filling stations in Kharkiv, further underscoring the enemy's deliberate targeting strategy. One of the stations caught fire over an area of 400 square meters, causing extensive damage. Despite the relentless attacks, Kharkiv is not experiencing a fuel shortage. Oleh Syniehubov stated:
