- For consumer groups 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, and 2.2, electricity will be unavailable from:
- 00:30 to 07:30
- 11:00 to 18:00
- 21:30 to 24:00
- Groups 3.1, 3.2, 4.1, and 4.2 will have outages from:
- 04:00 to 11:00
- 14:30 to 21:30
- Consumers connected to groups 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, and 6.2 will be without power from:
- 00:00 to 04:00
- 07:30 to 14:30
- 18:00 to 24:00
The implementation of this hourly outage schedule aims to stabilize the energy situation in the region by ensuring a planned and controlled use of electricity. Authorities are urging residents of Kharkiv and the oblast to account for the new outage timetable in their daily plans.
Reasons for the Scheduled Outages
The hourly electricity cuts in Kharkiv and the region are a direct response to challenges with energy stability. These issues have become particularly acute due to rising demand for power coupled with limited available resources. Officials state that such controlled measures are necessary to prevent more severe, widespread power supply failures and to promote a more rational use of electrical energy across the region.
