Curfew in Kostyantynivka is being reinforced due to the threat from the occupiers
Starting from October 7, an enhanced curfew will be introduced in Kostyantynivka, Donetsk region, lasting 20 hours per day - from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM. This was reported by the head of Kostyantynivka city military administration, Serhiy Horbunov.
According to the head of Kostyantynivka city military administration, Serhiy Horbunov, this decision is due to the high risk of shelling from Russian occupiers. The city is located only 10 km from the front line.
A prolonged curfew (movement restrictions) and a special blackout regime will be in effect throughout the Kostyantynivka community from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM. From October 7, 2024, the curfew in all settlements of the Kostyantynivka community will be strengthened, operating from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM
It is noted that the settlements of the Kostyantynivka community are daily in a high-risk zone of shelling from the Russian occupiers.
The authorities emphasize the need for evacuation and continue the mandatory evacuation of families with children. Currently, there are 18 thousand residents remaining in Kostyantynivka, including 440 children.
