UAF cleared the northwestern outskirts of Kupyansk: the operation continues.

According to ТСН: As a result of a successful operation by the Defense Forces, it was possible to block the Russian troops in Kupyansk and clear the entire northwestern outskirts of the city.

“It is a difficult and long operation, as Russian enclaves still exist in the central part of the city. The operation began with the establishment of a blocking line and cutting off the enemy garrison in the city from the main forces. The Defense Forces occupied Radykivka and Kindrashivka, as well as took Golubivka under fire control. After that, the cleanup of Moskalyivka and the northwestern outskirts of Kupyansk itself took place,” the report says.

The Defense Forces continue to detect and destroy the occupiers in the central part of the city. The operation is ongoing.

The Commander-in-Chief of the UAF, Oleksandr Syrskyi, previously confirmed that the Defense Forces have significantly improved their tactical position in Kupyansk, Kharkiv region.

Vladimir Putin claimed that the occupiers had completely seized Kupyansk. President Volodymyr Zelensky denied Putin's statements.

The operation in the territory of Kupyansk continues to remain in the spotlight. The military forces are concentrating efforts on eliminating the remnants of enemy forces in the city, indicating an intensification of the struggle for control of the region.
