Occupiers have strengthened filtration measures among the population of Mariupol in the Donetsk region. Raids are being conducted at small private enterprises where people without a Russian passport are identified and detained for 'investigating the circumstances' for 30 days.

Under the pretext of identifying violators of migration legislation, the occupiers have initiated another round of filtration among the population of Mariupol.

Recently, the occupiers attempted to identify violators and unreliable individuals among minors. Only this year, the occupiers have registered 263 children in the Donetsk region. Of these, 16 individuals are considered 'extremists', reported by the Center.

Russians most often consider children with pro-Ukrainian views to be 'extremists' and subject them to compulsory examinations and treatment in psychiatric institutions. There is also a 'Young Army' organized for teenagers in the temporarily occupied territories, reminiscent of a Nazi movement.

A network of 'Young Army' is actively being developed in the temporarily occupied territories - a youth military organization that resembles the Hitler Youth. This initiative will form the basis for future military forces of the Russian Federation, the Center reports.

Additionally, in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, occupiers promote militarization among Ukrainian youth with the aim of nurturing soldiers for a further war against Ukraine. In Mariupol, a military-patriotic movement 'Young Guard - Young Army' was established in the 'DPR'.
