Changes have occurred in the operation of trains in the Kyiv metro due to a fire that broke out near the fence of the above-ground section of the metro tracks.
This was reported by representatives of the Kyiv City State Administration on July 16.
Changes in train movement in Kyiv metro
Currently, on the 'red' line of the metro, trains are running from the 'Akademmistechko' station to the 'Darnytsia' station. The 'Lisova' and 'Chernihivska' stations are temporarily closed for entry.
'The changes in the metro operation are related to the grass fire near the fence of the above-ground section of the metro tracks,'it is stated in the announcement.
Currently, firefighters and other specialists are working at the fire site to eliminate the consequences of the fire.
It is noted that on July 15, there was a job fair in the Kyiv metro. The events were held in the vestibule of the 'Maidan Nezalezhnosti' station.
