In alarm due to missile threat in several regions of Ukraine
On September 3 at 3:10 am, an air alarm threatened several regions in the south and center of Ukraine. According to monitoring reports, there is a threat of ballistic missile launches from Crimea, which is temporarily occupied.
At 3:12, the Ukrainian Air Force reported a rapid target in Mykolaiv Region. At 3:16, information was received about launches of guided aviation bombs in Sumy Region.
Oleksandr Senkevych, the mayor of Mykolaiv, confirmed that at 3:14 am an explosion was heard.
"Details will be available later. Air alarm is ongoing," he wrote in his message.
Authorities and emergency services are promptly responding to the situation. Residents are advised to stay in shelters and follow official sources of information.
It is reminded that there was a fire at an asphalt plant in Mykolaiv. A black cloud of smoke rose above the city (photo).
